Pavel was born in Rybinsk, Russia (1993). He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees at Saint-Petersburg State University, Russia. Then he submitted a PhD thesis in Mar 2021 at the Saint-Petersburg State University. In August 2022, Pavel joined Prof. Gandelman group at the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry. His project is focused on the chemistry of nitrenium radicals. At his spare time, Pavel loves swimming, cycling and playing badminton.
Liav Leiboviz
Liav Leiboviz was born in 1991, Israel. He received his BSc degree in Chemistry from the Technion in 2012. In 2019, Liav joined the group of Prof. Mark Gandelman as an MSc student. He researches applications of novel nitrenium based ligands in transition metal catalysis. In 2025, Liav has finished his PhD study and joined Prof. Gandelman group as a postdoctodal fellow.
Deepak Ranolia
Deepak was born (1995) in Rewari, Haryana, India. Received B.Sc. Honors in Chemistry (2016) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, and M.Sc. in Chemistry (2018) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (Under the supervision of Prof. Anil Kumar). Joined Prof. Mark Group in Sep. 2020. In 2025, Deepak has finished his PhD study and joined Prof. Gandelman group as a postdoctodal fellow.
